Lab reports arrive from global testing partners in large batches, creating peak load at critical certification periods. With 17 different layouts and no automation, processing was slow, stressful, and entirely dependent on staff availability — limiting both throughput and data capture.

THE SOLUTION

Dedicated AI models trained on their documents, not generic ones.

We progressively trained dedicated models with 20, 40, 60 documents. Started production use and later trained versatile models with 150+ documents. Documents are grouped by similarities and share versatile, highly accurate models.

Confidence scores route low confidence data points for cases for human review automatically. Through the visual interface, quality staff can quickly review and edit the extracted data alongside the source documents.

With the new speed and automated workflows, the data fields are captured automatically and consistently, enabling 10x data capture.
